The purpose was to discuss the new government’s idea of a national innovation council. We talked about the importance of combining research competence with entrepreneurial competence, the chasm in security between being an employee and an entrepreneur in Sweden, which prohibits most people with great ideas to choose entrepreneurship and the lack of capital in Sweden in the ”2nd round” (when you need 10-30 MSEK to enter the market usually).
